BokehI just uploaded this::thumb278809704:
This was my first experiment in the world of bokeh. I will experiment more with this as soon as I got idea what should I photograph this way. There is no point in photographing random stuff with bokeh background.
Anyway here is a picture about my setting:
I used Christmas lights for the background and a powerful light for the subject that sat on black Hungarian dictionary. The camera is standing on a tripod. That is all. I love home made solutions and I feel good about this. It was really a good experience.
Choosing the Christmas lights was truly a very inspired idea, because they give a lot of personality to the piece and it sets it apart from the usual dull, single toned bokeh works.
The use of light is very impressive and it gives an overall dreamy feeling to the pose.
Also, the way the Buddah statue is lit make it a lot more sensual and viewer friendly.
All in all, this is a very good, vibrant work and the final result is at least amazing.
